I service all makes of vehicles with two wheels and an engine.

I’m based in San Francisco and provide mobile motorcycle and scooter services throughout the Bay Area.

As a fully mobile service, I come to you — there’s no drop-off location needed.

My labor rate is $100 per hour.

I require a 1 hour minimum at $100.

* Labor rate does not include cost of fluids or parts.

Why do I require a deposit?

To book an appointment, I require a deposit.

This deposit helps me:

• Secure and prep the right fluids and parts for your specific bike

• Lock in your appointment time

• Keep my mobile service smooth, efficient, and ready to roll

Your deposit goes directly toward your final bill — no extra charges, no surprises.

Additional Fees:

• Travel Fees (see Location section)

• $5 Environmental Fee to dispose of any fluids or used parts.

• $6 Tire Fee to dispose of old tires ($6 per tire)

Yes. I offer rotating specials and community discounts.

I know bike maintenance isn’t cheap, but neither are blown motors or busted brakes. Skipping the little stuff now turns into big bills later.

That’s why I offer discounts: to keep your ride safe, your wallet intact, and you rolling without the “should’ve fixed it sooner” regrets.

All discounts are automatically applied to your estimate.

I use the highest quality fluids and parts that meet or exceed OEM specifications. Some of my go-to brands include Liqui-Moly, Motul, Maxima, HiFloFiltro, EBC, and DID.

If you have specific fluid or parts that you’d like me to use, please make sure to specify when submitting a Service Request Form.

Note: While I strive to stock and use these preferred brands, substitutions may occasionally occur based on availability or supply chain limitations. Rest assured, any alternative will meet or exceed OEM standards and be selected with the same attention to quality and compatibility.

Basic Motorcycle or Scooter Wash $100:

• Hand wash with pH-neutral and biodegradable motorcycle soap

• Wheel clean

• Drive chain clean and lube

• Bug and tar removal

• $40 discount if combined with a maintenance service

Buying a used motorcycle or scooter? Get peace of mind before you commit. For a flat rate of $150 (within our Bay Area service zones), I’ll perform a 35+ point inspection at the seller’s location — no trailer or hassle required.

LoFi Moto stands behind the quality of its service and workmanship. Here's how our warranty works:

Service Warranty

• LoFi Moto offers a 30-day/500 mile (whichever comes first) warranty on labor for all mechanical services performed.

• If a problem arises related to the work LoFi Moto has performed, LoFi Moto will inspect and correct it at no additional charge.

• This warranty covers labor only and does not include failures due to misuse, neglect, aftermarket parts, or unrelated mechanical issues.

Parts Warranty

• Parts supplied by LoFi Moto are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty (varies by brand and product).

• If a customer provides their own parts, LoFi Moto does not warranty the part or any labor associated with that part.

Detailing Services

• LoFi Moto does not offer warranties for detailing services, but does guarantee customer satisfaction at the time of service. If you notice anything we missed, contact us within 24 hours and LoFi Moto will make it right.

Limitations

• Warranty work must be performed by LoFi Moto. LoFi Moto cannot reimburse work done by another shop unless previously approved.

• Normal Wear and Tear: LoFi Moto’s warranty does not cover wear items such as brake pads, chains, tires, light bulbs, or fluids that naturally degrade with time and use unless there was an installation error.

• Customer-Supplied Parts: If the customer provides their own parts, LoFi Moto is not responsible for defects, performance issues, fitment problems, or any labor related to those parts.

• Improper Use or Abuse: The warranty is void if damage results from misuse, racing, off-road abuse, overloading, neglect, or modifications not approved by the manufacturer.

• Lack of Maintenance: Failure to follow regular maintenance schedules or ignoring recommended repairs may void the warranty on prior work.

• Environmental Damage: Corrosion, rust, fading, or other damage caused by environmental factors (e.g., rain, road salt, sun exposure) is not covered.

• Third-Party Tampering: If the vehicle is serviced or modified by another shop or individual after our work, warranty coverage on affected systems may be void.

• Diagnostic Charges: LoFi Moto reserves the right to charge a diagnostic fee if the issue is unrelated to prior service or due to a part failure not covered under warranty.

• Time and Mileage Limits: Warranty coverage is typically valid for 30 days or 500 miles, whichever comes first, unless otherwise stated in writing.

• Our warranty does not cover incidental damages, towing, or issues caused by factors outside of LoFi Moto’s control.
